U.S. Hospital Menu


  1. Hospital places an order for nurses detailing required areas of specialty.

  2. Contracts signed and deposit submitted.

  3. GNO checks availability of nurses on existing database while advertising for specific vacancies.

  4. Recruitment trip to nurses’ country of origin {optional – for orders of five or more nurses.}

  5. Hospital approves candidates, makes final selection and extends offers of employment.

  6. Immigration paperwork completed in a timely manner.

  7. Hospital is advised of Green Card filing and approval.

  8. Employment start date is established.

  9. Nurse arrival date in U.S. is confirmed. Hospital prepares for orientation, Meet & Greet, secures temporary housing {60-90 days} and begins to make arrangements for social security card, bank account and driver’s license.

  10. Nurse arrives in U.S.! Hospital participates in meet & greet. Orientation commences in hospital classroom and nursing units. A preceptor is assigned.
Note: Hiring facility is updated on a monthly basis as to the status of the nurse(s) ordered.
